Effective August 1st, 2024, the International Tax Office no longer requires individual appointments or offers group sessions moving instead to an online platform for documenting U.S. tax residency status, determining tax treaty eligibility, and securely exchanging forms and documents.

Newly hired employees and stipend recipients will receive an email from [email protected] within approximately 14 days of their start date requesting they complete their profile in Sprintax Calculus.

- Note that department delays in setting up job and stipend appointments may delay receipt of this notification

Existing employees who need to report changes to their immigration status should update thier profile in Sprintax Calculus.
