All available start times will be listed if available.  Please read all of your emails and review your booking information.

We will arrive earlier than the booked start time for set up.  Your booked start time is the time the equipment will be up and running.

Welcome to Bouncy Town's online booking system!

Please note:

Please contact the office first if you are wanting equipment to be delivered to a park as there are some parks that we are unable to accomodate.
Please contact the office first if you are wanting to book for any type of public event (such as an open house, festival or grand opening).  Residential, private, school, member only, staff etc... are able to proceed online.  If you are unsure, please feel free to call or email.

Closed dates:
Some Mondays to Thursdays, please call/text/email as sometimes we are able to accomodate bookings on closed days


Rental Hours:
9am to 8pm for indoor or outdoor set up

Quick Guide To Choosing An Item:

  • Medium with slide bouncers are best suited to 8 years and under, or if you have a smaller group of children or limited space.  (Toddler specific items are noted.)
  • Large (with or without slides,) extra large bouncer & slide units and medium bouncers are suitable for up to 12 years of age, unless noted otherwise.
  • Games, interactive items, and most obstacle courses can be used by kids, teens and adults.  (Some of these items have a minimum age which you will see noted under each item.)
  • A few of the medium bouncer with slide units can be set up in double car garage for snow or rain days

Space Requirements:
  • Stairs, steep walkouts, narrow pathways (less than 3 feet width in any spot due to window wells, a/c units or build outs etc..,) and/or lengthy distances may be an issue
  • Please measure your space to ensure that the item you are booking will fit, (space requirements are listed under each item) but typically a minimum of 1 extra foot on the sides and a minimum of 4 extra feet (for the air valves) on the back of the unit is required.  Some units have the air valves on the side of the bouncer and some units have a separate entrance and exit.  If you are not sure please contact our office to confirm required space.
  • Access to continuous power is required
  • Your ENTIRE yard and path into your yard must be cleared of ALL dog feces the night before your rental
  • For driveway or concrete garage pad set ups you will need to sweep the area; power wash only if needed the day before your rental
  • For exposed aggregate driveways, road or asphalt surfaces you will need to sweep and provide a tarp for under the bouncer
  • It is not possible to set up on protruding rocks or firepit stones, gravel, mud or any other type of unfinished surfaces
  • Please let us know if the path to the set up area is not flat or does not have direct ground level access.
  • Please call, send a separate email or use The Special Instructions Box when booking, if you are unsure or would like to discuss space requirements.  If we do not know beforehand, we are unable to prepare for this and once the installer arrives and finds that the path is problematic, they may be unable to get to the set up location and may need to set up where access is not problematic.
  • The Toxic Waterslide and Slip & Slide cannot be set up on cement and require full grass set up (without any muddy patches.)  (If there is a mix of grass and cement, please contact the office to ensure that set up is possible.)

Timing:

The start time is the time the bouncer/equipment will be up and running.  We arrive earlier than your booked start time, for set-up.  Typically, our installer will arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time and will have the equipment operational for the start time booked however please have your space, access to power and access path ready for as early as 9am on the morning of your rental (early set ups will not affect your pick up time or pricing.)  Please also have an adult at home a minimum of two hours prior to the booked rental time.

Booking An Item:

  1. You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of booking.  Please check your junk/spam/deleted folders if your confirmation email is not received within the hour.  You do not need to call or email to confirm your booking unless you have not received your confirmation email.
  2. Select your city from the list.  If your city or town is not listed, please do not book online as you must contact the office for approval of your location prior to booking.
  3. Choose the item you would like to book
  4. Choose 4, 8 or 11 hour party.  (11 hour parties are available May to mid September only.)  From May to mid September, 8:00pm is the last pick up time, with the exception of the water slide and slip and slide which have a last pick up time of 7pm.
  5. Add one or two additional hours to any 4 or 8 hour party if you prefer
  6. Click on your date on the calender.  PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE DATES AND TIMES LISTED ON THE RIGHT, AS THE SYSTEM WILL BUMP YOU TO THE NEXT AVAILABLE DATE AND TIME IF THE ITEM YOU CHOSE IS NOT AVAILABLE!
  7. Review and choose one of the available dates and start times listed on the right.  PLEASE SCROLL TO THE BOTTOM RIGHT HAND CORNER, so that you are able to see the "Next" button for all available times for your date
  8. At this time you are able to login in (previous customers are able to use their existing login and password and new customers will create a new user name and password.)
  9. Please use an active email address in order to receive and review your confirmation and reminder emails.  Your email address will not be used for any other purpose other than for communication regarding your rental.
  10. Generators and Add-On Games can only be added through the office, please call, text or email your request for these items to be added on to your rental order.
  11. Please note delivery charges that will be added to the total for the following areas:
    • some Elbow Valley, DeWinton, Bearspaw & Springbank locations may be subject to a delivery charge
    • Okotoks $25.00

Reservations do not require a deposit and you may change or cancel your reservation without penalty.  Payment will be due at set up.


Please review your confirmation email to ensure that all information is correct.  Please read all emails as they do contain important information and will answer many of your questions.  Please do not call or email to confirm your booking unless you have not received your confimation email (please check your spam/deleted/junk folders as the confirmation email is generated immediately after booking.)  If you wish to unsubscribe to the automated emails, please do so after your rental as the automated emails do contain important information for review.
