Welcome to our online appointment system. To schedule your appointment, please review and follow these steps when prompted:

Step 1 - Select your Session Type.
Step 2 - Select your Date. Open dates on calendar are indicated by blue date links</font color=red>.
Step 3 - Select your Time.
Step 4 - Complete the Registration Form.
Step 5 - Confirm your Appointment.

The studio is located in the CAW Student Centre, Unit B-101. Across the hall from the Campus Bookstore in the lower level.

Your sitting fee is $40.00. Payable by credit, debit or cash.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment start time. This time is necessary to get you ready for your appointment.  If you are late for your appointment we may not be able to accomodate your appointment and rescheduling may be necessary.

Clothing options for under the graduation gown. Dress shirt and tie, choose a fresh, white or light-coloured shirt and tie that works with the colours for your respective faculty. White collar blouse, another option would be a V-neck or scoop neck top so you do not see the shirt under the gown.

Please be advised we are a "scent aware" office.  Individuals in the studio are sensitive to fragrances and/or scented products which may pose a health threat.  Your cooperation in refraining from using these products while in the studio is appreciated.
