PLEASE NOTE: You can only schedule an appointment on the photo dates provided for your specific U of M Faculty. Any students who have photos done at a different Faculty will not be guaranteed the correct hood and their photo will not appear on their Faculties Grad Composite. A session fee is required to have your photos taken; informational letters are available at your Faculty office. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Welcome to our Online Appointment System!


To schedule your Grad Portrait Appointment, please review and follow these steps when prompted:


You can only book an appointment on the photo dates provided by your Faculty. 

STEP 1 - 

* U of M Students Only: Select your Faculty name in the drop down menu. You can only sign up under the Faculty name that you are graduating with. 


U of Winnipeg Students Only: Select "University of WInnipeg" in the drop down menu. There is no option to select your Faculty name.


* ACC Students Only: select your specific building location of your faculty or specific campus to book an appointment


STEP 2 - Select your Date (open dates on calendar are indicated by blue date links).
STEP 3 - Select your Appointment Time (white indicates availability, grey indicates unavailability).
STEP 4 - Complete the Registration Form. Remember your Login and Password!

STEP 5 - Confirm your Appointment.


NOTE:  Appointment times are set up 2 - 3 weeks prior to the scheduled photo dates. Please wait for your Faculty to notify you when the dates are available online.


If you have already booked an appointment and are returning to reschedule or cancel your original appointment, please click here to start the rescheduling process. At the top, click on "Reschedule - Cancel".
