Appointment Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call, text, or email us at least 24 hours in advance.
If we are unable to accommodate your appointment at the scheduled time, we will contact you by phone, text, or email—even if the online system allows the booking.

Service Policy & Hygiene Standards
We do not offer artificial nail services such as acrylics, tip sets, silk wraps/extensions, or UV gel.
We are committed to maintaining a healthy and sanitary salon environment.

We never share nail files, buffers, or pumice bars.
A brand-new set is used for every customer, every time.

Pedicure Services
All Spa Pedicures and European Pedicures include callus care.
There is no need to add a separate “Callus” service.

We do not offer gel polish changes only. Gel services must be booked as a full Gel Manicure.
