Welcome to our on-line appointment system!

To facilitate an environment condusive to learning, access to lab for independent use is
BY APPOINTMENT, walk-ins allowed if space available.  Each student must have an individual appointment EVEN if working with a partner or a group. The ONLY exception to this are pairs completing video skills testing. For video skills testing: Only ONE (1) student of the pair should make the test appointment.  

To start:

• Select an activity and time duration BEFORE selecting date, otherwise dates remain grayed out. You will be limited to scheduling one appointment per day and should not be scheduling a skills practice appointment more than a month in advance. This reduces the number of no-shows and allows for all students to have an opportunity to use the lab.

• If this is your first time using the system select "new user". Use ONLY YOUR CCM STUDENT EMAIL account and YOUR CCM STUDENT ID# when you register. "Nursing Course"  refers to the course number at the time you create your log-in + the semseter you started the professional phase ex: N121 Fall 21. 

• Return Users: Once you have registered, each time you visit Appointment Plus start by logging in with your ID number at the top right side of the page, otherwise the system will keep prompting you to register.
