The Community Tax Centers are open from Monday, January 21st to Monday, April 15th. The tax season schedule (with locations and hours) is available at https://www.ctcresources.com/uploads/3/1/6/2/31622795/tax_season_flyer_2018.pdf.
Appointments are available only at Round Rock Public Library and for taxpayers requesting American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation at Community Financial Center South.
All other sites are walk-in only. (We will not honor appointments made at Community Financial Center South for those who do not need ASL interpretation.)
You must bring your photo identification and a Social Security card (or ITIN card or letter) for each person you will include on your tax return.For a list of additional items you may need to bring refer to https://foundcom.org/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/What-to-Bring-Checklist-Bilingual-120115.pdf.
· Beginning February 16th, will begin preparing returns for prior years (including amendments) and returns containing:
o 1095-A for Marketplace health insurance
o Schedule C for self-employed or contract workers
· You must schedule an appointment for each tax return; multiple years requires multiple appointments.
We can prepare all returns (including state returns) beginning January 21st through our Drop Off program. Drop Off is available at all locations.
