- Cancel 4 hrs (for CP students) or 24 hrs (for TP students) in advance to prevent "no-show" or "late cancellation by phone"
 “No-Show” will count toward session limit per month. Rescheduling of "No-Show" will be counted as additional session.
 You can do Additional Sessions over your membership plan and will be assessed prorated fee in the first week of next month. Software tracks the sessions using student bar code scanner and sets a mismatch flag once detected.
- Make-up Sessions must be completed within the same month and does not rollover
- For CP students, we assist with homework questions up to a maximum of 25% of each session's duration. Depending on the length of the assignment, students may not be able to complete their homework during their Mathnasium session. Mathnasium does not do a complete check of every homework problem. We review some questions to check for understanding. The accuracy of each problem is your student's responsibility and is part of the learning process.
- Students may attend Mathnasium for up to 60 or 90 minutes per day according to their grade level. Extended sessions may have a negative effect on your student's attitude.
- Make your own schedule using this site OR email us with days/time to setup Recurring Appointments every week for your student
