NOTE TO HSA USERS
You may receive a bill for some non-preventative services from Inspire Health until you reach your deductible. You can use your HSA debit card for payment.
Welcome to the Inspire Health online scheduling system. To get started, click on the day you are looking for an appointment, select an open time slot and click submit. You will receive a confirmation email. Appointments may be scheduled up to 48 hours in advance. If scheduling an appointment for your child or spouse you will need to create a new username and password for each family member. Please enter the name and date of birth of the person being seen at the clinic, not the name/date of birth of the employee.
Only family members that are on the Memorial Health Plan can utilize Inspire Health. We apologize but due to limited supply, we are unable to provide the flu vaccine to family members for the 2018-2019 flu season.
Inspire Health is now stocking select prescriptions, focusing on the clinic’s most highly utilized medications. If you have an appointment and think you may need a prescription, please bring your debit or credit card to make your purchase.
