Welcome to the International Tax Office’s online appointment system!

Thank you for scheduling your new employee virtual meeting with the International Tax Office.

We encourage you to schedule this required meeting early but please make sure your meeting is scheduled for a date AFTER your arrival in the U.S.

Read on for additional resources and opportunities to connect with an international tax specialist:

·    Please visit our website where you can find International Tax Guides for New Hires, Nonresident Aliens, Resident Aliens and Scholarship/Fellowship recipients.

·    If you have already met with a tax specialist and have an immigration status update or general questions, an appointment is not necessary.  Please email us at intltax@cu.edu with your needs and we’ll be happy to assist you.

·    The International Tax Office staff is available to answer questions during virtual Office Hours.  Join us on Tuesdays between 3-3:45. Please note, Office Hours are not an alternative to your required new employee appointment.

·    The International Tax Office is happy to partner with Sprintax to offer free tax preparation software licenses to eligible individuals.  Find more information here.

Please note:  The International Tax Office is unable to provide personal tax advice or tax preparation services.

IMPORTANT:  If you are a CU employee working from outside the U.S, please notify the International Tax Office at IntlTax@CU.edu and include the email address of your hiring department contact.
