PLEASE NOTE: All reservations booked online will be charged and confirmed IMMEDIATELY upon your clicking CONFIRM. You will immediately receive an email confirmation that your tour has been booked and credit card charged or payment received. Please call or email if you do NOT receive a confirmation email. April - October: All tours must be booked at least 5 days in advance to ensure driver availability. Under 5 days please call 412-228-7476 for availability and booking. November - March: All tours must be booked Via Phone at least 1 week in advance to ensure driver availability. Please call 412-228-7476 for availability and booking.

Payment/Cancellation policy: Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Tours run rain, shine, or cold. If you are interested in renting more than one bike for a tour please call us at: 412-228-7476. *For events involving more than two bikes, additional fees may apply. We are currently only renting the bike for private tours. Tour prices are $385/tour Friday-Sunday and $325/tour Tuesday-Sunday.
Gift certificates: Gift certificates be purchased by clicking the "gift certificate" tab at the top of the page or over the phone at 412-228-7476. To redeem a gift certificate, please call 412-228-7476.
Cancellations: * 30+ days: 50% refund or rain check (good for 90 days) * 14-29 days: Rain check (good for 90 days) * Under 14 days: No refund or rain check
Penalties for Damage/Late Return: Damage or Late Return Fees may be charged following tour at Party Pedaler Driver's discretion:
*Any damage will be cost of repair*
Inappropriate Behaviors will result in early termination of your tour & $300 penalty. Examples include, but are not limited to: * Extreme intoxication * Giving alcohol to non-passengers * Public urination/ vomiting * Littering * Excessive noise * Obscene or vulgar language * Loitering more than 10 minutes after tour
Tipping: Our pilots work hard to provide you and your group the best possible experience tips are always appreciated. 18-20% is customary for excellent service.
