To start, use the drop-down menu on the left, then:

• Click on "Select Ultrasound Package"
• Click on  "Full Ultrasound Profile"
• Afib and Bone Density add-on exams are complimentary 
• Choose date 
• Click "Find Open Time Slots"
• Choose appointment time that is best for you
• If all time slots are full, please join the waiting list, and we will try to accomodate your request for an appointment

Online appointments will NOT be available 12 hours BEFORE a screening event. If no appointments are available online, please call us at 832-437-6724, or go to our website and send an email, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

*Please note these screenings do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any diseases. This service is intended as a screening only and in no way should be substituted as a routine check-up with your regular physician.  If you have any symptoms, regardless of results, you should schedule an appointment with your regular physician.
