Onsite Health Event Appointment Instructions:
Health Event Participants - You MUST have registered before making an appointment.  Contact HR if you have not previously registered.
1. Choose your Time Zone (US/Eastern or US/Central).

2. From the "Select Service" drop down menu choose "Onsite Health Event" for a Physical Examination/Consultation/6 Month Check-Up.

3. Select your company name from the Company drop down menu.  Multiple locations - choose the location you would like to be seen. 

4. Choose appointment date. Available dates highlighted in white.

5. Choose appointment time, click "available" next to appointment time.

6. Complete required information, click "Finalize Appointment".

**If you are scheduling appointments for multiple people, you must open a new browser/tab, open the online scheduler, then schedule the next person for an appointment

Health Care Clinic Appointment Instructions:
1. Choose your Time Zone (US/Eastern or US/Central).

2. From the "Select Service" drop down menu choose "Health Care Clinic".

3. Select your company name from the Company drop down menu.

4. Choose an appointment date. Available dates highlighted in white.

5. Choose appointment time, click "available" next to appointment time.

6. Complete required information, click "Finalize Appointment".
