This booking site is only for booking exams/tests/quizzes that are online. A friendly member of our Accommodated Exam Services team will proctor you online using Kaltura (the same platform you may use to attend class).

Your responsibilities:

• Please review this guide link here for more important information prior to booking your exam and coming to your appointment
• You must book your exam at least 5 business days (not including weekends or statutory holidays) in advance of the date you need. This includes in cases where you want to re-book your exam to a different time/date. For example: If you need to write your test on Monday, you must book your test on Monday of the week before at the latest. If you do not book at least 5 business days in advance, and the writing window set by your instructor has closed, you will not be able to write your exam with Accommodated Exams. Your instructor will be notified, and they will discuss next steps with you. *Please note that booking rules are different for final exam weeks. Please see link here
• You must write your exam within the exam window provided by your instructor. If you write an exam outside of the dates provided by your instructor, they may decide your exam is not valid. Contact us immediately if there are no spots left within the exam window provided by your instructor.

How do I book my exam?

•  Log-in or create an account:

•      If you have not booked with us before, please start by clicking on the blue Book Appointment button  on the left side of the page. You will be prompted to create an account.

•      If you have booked an exam with us on this website, please start by entering in your log-in information on the left side, then following the listed instructions.

•      You will receive two confirmation emails once you book your exam. The first email will confirm your chosen date/time. The second email will provide you with more information about what your online exam appointment will look like, and will include the link to enter your exam on exam day.
