PLEASE NOTE:

All reservations booked online will be charged IMMEDIATELY upon you clicking CONFIRM. You will immediately receive an email notification that your tour has been booked tentative until credit card has been processed and/or payment received. Please email us if you do NOT receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of booking tour.

All tours must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

Payment/Cancellation policy:
Tour prices are $380/tour on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.  $320/tour Monday-Thursday.
Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Tours run rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to bad weather, due to City of Dallas Events, mechanical issues, and/or other reasons by The Buzz Bike, LLC.  Rain Checks will be given to customers in those events.

Cancellations:
* 30+ days: 50% refund or rain check (good for 90 days)
* 14-29 days: Rain check (good for 90 days)
* Under 14 days: No refund or rain check

Penalties for Damage/Late Return:
Damage or Late Return Fees may be charged following tour at The Buzz Bike Pilot's discretion:

10-15 minutes late - $40         25-30 minutes late - $85
15-20 minutes late - $55         30-59 minutes late - $200
20-25 minutes late - $70         60+ minutes late - $250/hr

Inappropriate Behaviors will result in early termination of your tour & $200 penalty.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
* Extreme intoxication
* Giving alcohol to non-passengers
* Public urination
* Littering
* Excessive noise
* Obscene or vulgar language
* Loitering more than 5 minutes after tour

The Buzz Bike Damage Penalty: Cost of repair

The Buzz Bike will only allow alcohol on board if all riders on board are 21 years of age & older.  If no alcohol is on board, riders must be at least 18 years of age with valid ID.

Tipping: 

15-20% is customary for excellent service.

**Social Buzz Session requires a minimum of 10 socialites to get the party started. We will contact you if the tour doesn't meet minimum requirement and work with you to reschedule.**
