Welcome to the Fleischmann Planetarium and Science Center field trip reservation system! PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO DOME THEATER CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY FROM MAY 2026 INTO NOVEMBER 2026, OUR MAXIMUM GROUP CAPACITY IS 30 PARTICIPANTS DURING THOSE MONTHS. We anticipate that the Planetarium building will be closed starting in September, so we will have limited field trip time slots available with our portable dome (set up in the Rotunda in the UNR Mathewson-IGT Knowledge Center). Important reservation policy update! For any non-school district reservation, a $75 group deposit fee is now required to be paid within five business days of making your reservation. Please go to this link to make payment, which covers the first 15 participants in your group. This is the minimum fee for any field trip group.
