Deliver small group training consisting of no more than one skill in any one session, not to exceed 10 participants. Assist in HAF/AETC Wingman Day initiatives. RTAs provide unit level resilience training and support resilience events. This support includes, but is not limited to, Wingman Day, and other installation training. Individuals must actively participate and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the 12 resilience skills and the ability to teach each skills' concepts. Upon course completion students will be evaluated by a Master Resilience Trainer as the final step in the RTA certification process.
