AFI 90-506 para 2.6.5. Resilience Training Assistant (RTA): responsibilities consist of assisting installation MRTs in delivering unit resilience training. Deliver small group training consisting of no more than one skill in any one session, not to exceed 15 participants. Assist in HAF/AETC Wingman Day initiatives. AFI 90-506 para 2.6.5. Resilience Training Assistant (RTA): responsibilities consist of assisting installation MRTs in delivering unit resilience training. Deliver small group training consisting of no more than one skill in any one session, not to exceed 15 participants. Assist in HAF/AETC Wingman Day initiatives. RTAs provide unit level resilience training and support resilience events. This support includes, but is not limited to, Wingman Day, and other installation training. Individuals must actively participate and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the 12 resilience skills and the ability to teach each skills' concepts. Upon course completion students will be evaluated by a Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) as the final step in the RTA certification process. AFI 90-506 para 2.6.5. Resilience Training Assistant (RTA): responsibilities consist of assisting installation MRTs in delivering unit resilience training. Deliver small group training consisting of no more than one skill in any one session, not to exceed 15 participants. Assist in HAF/AETC Wingman Day initiatives. RTAs provide unit level resilience training and support resilience events. This support includes, but is not limited to, Wingman Day, and other installation training. Individuals must actively participate and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the 12 resilience skills and the ability to teach each skills' concepts. Upon course completion students will be evaluated by a Master Resilience Trainer (MRT) as the final step in the RTA certification process. Provide your Unit Training Manager with a certificate to ensure documentation in ADLS. Individuals who receive a certificate of completion can become MRTs. Each will need to complete a statement of understanding (SoU) signed by supervisor and commander.
