Welcome to the Mod Auto online scheduling system. To get started, please use the drop down menus on the left to request your installation time. We will review your request and follow up with you shortly to finalize your appointment.  Please also read the cancellation policy below before scheduling your installation!  There are fees for scheduling and not showing up for your appointment.


Mod Auto is an extremely busy & popular installation shop.  We are constantly booked full, and need to be booked full to continue to be a successful company.  Last minute cancellations and no-shows by customers with confirmed appointments are extremely damaging to our company and are strictly not tolerated.  You will be penalized for not showing up for your appointment, so please read our cancellation/no-show policy CAREFULLY:



  • Appointments cancelled more than 72 hours (3 days) before appointment - No penalty.
  • Appointments cancelled between 24-72 hours (1-3 days) before appointment: 50% cancellation fee if cancelled and not rescheduled and refund requested.  25% fee if appointment is rescheduled: example: Customer schedules a $200 install for Friday 10 AM, cancels Wednesday at 4 PM, but wants to reschedule for another time.  He now owes an additional $50 (25% fee).
  • Appointments cancelled SAME DAY (24 hours).  100% non-refundable if not rescheduled.  50% fee if rescheduled ($200 install now owes another $100 to reschedule).
  • Please be aware arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time slot may result in a cancellation.  We will make every effort to help you reschedule same day or next available business day. 
  • If you bring your own parts that you did not purchase from us, and you bring us the wrong parts, you will be charged in full for the entire amount of your installation regardless of how much time your car is actually in the shop.  This will be considered a NO SHOW for your installation.  Make sure to bring us the correct parts, all of the parts needed, and any accessories needed.  It is your own fault if you don't bring the right parts or all of them, and you will pay in full for the entire appointment time if at your own fault we cannot complete your install.  If you ordered the parts from us and we made a mistake, of course there are no penalties to you.
