Welcome to our Availability/Scheduling Calendar
Directions:
On the left are two drop down menus and calendars.
1. Select mediator with the first drop down menu.
2. Select mediation type with the second drop down menu.
3. The calendars will then populate with available dates for the mediator and the mediation type.
4. Click your desired date to view available times on that date and schedule a mediation.
!!! PLEASE NOTE: Available dates showing on the calendar may not have all time slots available. It is important to click a date to see the time slots available for that date.
5. If a specific date is more important than selecting a specific mediator, choose "No Preference" and the mediation type to find availability of all mediators for that type of mediation in one master calendar view (joins calendars and shows availability of all mediators). You will be provided a list to choose from of all available mediators for that date, and the times available for your selection.
Selecting any available time slot automatically reserves 4 hours from the beginning time selected for Zoom Personal Injury/General Civil and reserves 6 hours for Medical/Pharmaceutical Malpractice and In-Person Personal Injury/General Civil. If less or additional time is needed, or for any other questions, please contact the selected mediator (go to the mediator's individual listing on the home website for contact information).
ADR Fees
Personal Injury/General Civil via Zoom/Virtual:
$165.00 per hour, per party; $135.00 per hour, per party for three or more parties.
Minimum three hours.
Cancellation Fee: Two hours if less than 48 business day hours' notice.
Medical and Pharmaceutical Malpractice via Zoom/Virtual and only by Chrisna Jones:
$225.00 per hour, per party; $200.00 per hour, per party for three or more parties.
Minimum four hours.
Cancellation Fee: Four hours if less than 72 business day hours' notice.
In-Person Medical and Pharmaceutical Malpractice conducted only by Chrisna Jones:
$275.00 per hour, per party; $250.00 per hour, per party for three or more parties.
Minimum four hours.
Cancellation Fee: Four hours if less than 72 business day hours' notice.
Travel fee: No charge for travel up to two hours round trip; $95.00 per hour, per party over two hours.
In-Person Personal Injury/General Civil by Norman Miller, Chrisna Jones, and Sharon Andrews;
$225.00 per hour, per party; $185.00 per hour per party for three or more parties.
Minimum four hours.
Cancellation fee: four hours if less than 48 business day hours' notice.
Travel fee: Up to two hours round trip, flat fee of $40.00 per party; excess over two hours, $95.00 per hour, per party.
Aryeh Bondy Probate/Business:
$125.00 per hour, per party.
Minimum two hours.
Cancellation fee: Two hours if less than 48 business day hours' notice.
