Online Booking: How-to...
We're so glad you plan to book a session(s) using our new online appointment system!
To get started, please use the dropdown menus on the left.
Services/Practitioners: So you know, at this time, the dropdown menus do not list all of the services we provide, and not all of Chesapeake Holistic's practitioners offer online booking. (To see a full list of our services, click on "Services" in the main navigation at the top of the page.)
If the service/practitioner you wish to see is not listed in the dropdown menu, request an appointment and we'll be in touch with you soon.
To book appointments:
• You will need to create an account (if you have not yet done so). To schedule appointments for your children/family, each must have an online account.
• Do not use an email address for your (or family members') user name(s).
Having an online Chesapeake Holistic account enables you to login in the future to see your appointment history, and more easily set new appointments!
All of the information you provide is secure. We'll never share your info with third parties.
Some services require an online deposit, and some do not. For services requiring a deposit, the balance is due when you arrive for your appointment. For services that don't require a deposit, fulll payment is due when you arrive for your appointment.
Cancellation Policy: We do require notice to cancel appointments (whether a deposit is required or not): 48 hours notice for first-time clients and 24 hours notice for current clients. A fee for the appointment may be charged if you do not provide advanced notice of cancellation.
