New policy:  ALL CATS WILL BE VACCINATED FOR DISTEMPER, IF NOT CURRENT
If your cat is not current on Rabies and Distemper, you MUST order both when you schedule.
When you arrive please follow the sign to the clinic building. 
Only one person is allowed inside the clinic at a time. 
At this time pick up is only available the same night @ 8:00 pm.  However, you may receive a phone call to come in earlier to pick up. Phone calls can take place between 5:30-7:00pm. If you live a distance away please stay in the area to be available if called to come in at that time. 
When you pick up come into the clinic building,  only one person at a time is allowed in the building.

 

 

Are you a rescue group? If no, please ignore this section, if yes please read!!!  Attention all Rescue groups:   All cats you schedule must have had 2 FVRCP vaccines before their appointment.  The second one must be no sooner than 2 weeks prior to the appointment.  You will be required to show proof.  

Each cat must be scheduled individually. All appointments must be in the owner's name, no matter who is transporting or paying for the appointment.  If you schedule more than one cat and are given different times, please bring all cats in at your first appointment time. The appointment time you are given is your drop off time.  

ATTN: RESCUE GROUPS & COLONY TRAPPERS (or anyone with multiple cats) Please schedule no more then 2 cats per clinic date.  Please follow this rule. Thank you.  

ALL OUTSIDE CATS WILL BE EARTIPPED  

If your scheduled female goes into heat prior to her appointment please email me, spayneuter@animalrescueinc.org

Note: Due to costs incurred whether or not services are performed, all surgeries must be paid in-full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Welcome to our online reservation system. To get started, please use the drop down menus on the left.

Click on "Select a service", then click on "Find open time slots" to begin. 

Make sure you change between female and male if you are scheduling both.

 

If you are unsure of gender, please schedule for a female.

 

If you are scheduling kittens they must be 12 weeks of age.

 

Mother cats can not be nursing.  Their milk must be dried up by scheduled appointment date.   Any questions regarding this please email me before scheduling, spayneuter@animalrescueinc.org

 

 Please schedule all services your cat is in need of at time of scheduling to make the check-in process run smoothly.

 

We must vaccinate your cat for rabies per state law unless you bring a signed rabies certificate from a veterinarian.

 

It is very important you read & follow our pre-surgery instructions. Failure to follow feeding instructions will result in your appointment being canceled.  It will not be rescheduled, and your payment will not be refunded.

When you finalize your appointment you will receive TWO emails, an appointment confirmation & a payment receipt email.  If you do not receive an appointment confirmation email please contact me IMMEDIATELY via email, spayneuter@animalrescueinc.org, this means your payment was accepted but THE APPOINTMENT DID NOT SCHEDULE.
