1. Select Staff Member from the drop down menu on the left to choose your assigned Navigator or Advisor.

2. Select Service so we know what you need help with during your appointment.

3. Select Appointment Type so we know if you would like:

In Person at the Elkhorn Valley Campus
Video appointment using Zoom
Phone appointment

4. Select the day and time you would like to have your appointment.
