To make an appointment please select your City under "Staff Member", then Select "Water Meter Replacement" under "Select Service"

 STOP: If you are trying to schedule more than one property you will have to log out after each appointment is made or the same key number will be booked.

DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT UNTIL YOU HAVE LOCATED YOUR METER AND CHECKED YOUR VALVES OR THEY HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY A PLUMBER.

Appointment Dates: Monday-Thursday (not available Friday-Sunday).

Time Slots: are 2 hour windows - 8am-10am, 10am-12pm, 12:30pm-2:30pm, 2:30pm-4:30pm, and 4:30pm-6:30pm. 

(the time you select on the calendar is your appointment window start time, not the time the installer will arrive! The installer will be there between the 2 hour slot)
