Follow These Steps To Schedule An Appointment:

Step 1:
Choose a 'Site' from the drop-down menu to see its address. 

Step 2:
Select a 'Service' from the drop-down menu to see that site's open dates. 

Step 3:
Click on an open date, and then select desired time. 

Step 4:
Enter your information
NOTE: it is important to include an email address as this may be the only way the tax site can reach out to you about possible changes in your appointment or cancellations

Step 5:
Click 'Confirm'
NOTE: If you enter an email that is already in the system, select -"Create this appointment under my existing account"
