1. Choose a 'Site' from the drop-down menu to see its address.
2. Select a 'Service' from the drop-down menu to see that site's open dates.
3. Click on an open date, and then select desired time.
4. Enter your information (it is important to include an email address as this may be the only way the tax site can reach out to you about possible changes in your appointment or cancellations due to health guidelines related to COVID-19)
5. Click 'Confirm'*
*If you enter an email that is already in the system, select:
"Create this appointment under my existing account"
