Welcome to our online scheduling system! Medicare's Open Enrollment Period is October 15-December 7. Appointments will open on September 15, however we do not have complete information for 2027 plans until October 15 so please schedule your appointment for an annual review after that date. Each individual needing assistance should have a separate appointment. Zoom appointments are 90 minutes. In-person appointments are for 1 hour. To get started, use the drop down menus on the left. Select an appointment date from the calendar (available dates have a white background). Select an appointment time and click the Book-It button on the right side. Click Next and provide the requested client information. Be sure to click on Finalize Appointment before exiting. You will receive an email confirmation within 2 hours. |
