Welcome to the Collier County Public Schools Appointment Scheduling

1. Under Appointment Locator below, click the Select benefit enrollment drop down arrow and select the Call Center or one of the Benefit Fairs 
   • Call Center - enrollments over the phone
   • Benefit Fair - enrollment in person on site
2. Select an available date on the calendar and then click "book it" to select your appointment time.
3. Enter the required fields (marked with an asterisk *)
   • To receive a text message reminder to your phone an hour before your apointment, enter your cell phone number.
4. Click, "Finalize Appointment".
5. An appointment confirmation with instructions will be sent to your email address.
6. Please call the Benefit Call Center 877-220-0044 on your scheduled date and time.

All newly hired benefit-eligible employees must be cleared for employment by Human Resources prior to enrolling in benefits.  The Benefits and Wellness Office will notify new hires by email when they are cleared to schedule a benefits enrollment appointment.
