Welcome to the Collier County Public Schools New Hires Appointment Scheduling.
Scheduling Instructions:
- Select an available date on the calendar and then click "book it" to select your appointment time.
- Enter the required fields (marked with an asterisk *)
- To receive a text message reminder to your phone an hour before your apointment, enter your cell phone number.
- Click, "Finalize Appointment".
- An appointment confirmation with instructions will be sent to your email address.
- Please call 877-220-0044 on your scheduled date and time to enroll in your benefits.
All newly hired benefit-eligible employees must be cleared for employment by Human Resources prior to enrolling in benefits. The Benefits and Wellness Office will notify new hires by email when they are cleared to schedule a benefits enrollment appointment.
