1. Under Appointment Locator below, click the Select benefit enrollment drop down arrow and select a Benefit Fair location. 
2. Select an available date on the calendar and then click "book it" to select your appointment time.
3. Enter the required fields (marked with an asterisk *)
4. To receive a text message reminder to your phone an hour before your apointment, enter your cell phone number.
5. Click, "Finalize Appointment".
6. An appointment confirmation with instructions will be sent to your email address.

All newly hired benefit-eligible employees must be cleared for employment by Human Resources prior to enrolling in benefits. 
The Benefits and Wellness Office will notify new hires by email when they are cleared to schedule a benefits enrollment appointment.
