Scheduling Instructions 

1. Select an available date on the calendar and then click "book it" to select your appointment time.
   • • Please note: Appointment times are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
2. Enter the required fields. 
3. Enter the optional fields.
   • if you enter your cell phone number, you will receive an appointment reminder text message an hour before your appointment.
4. Click, "Finalize Appointment".
5. You will receive an appointment confirmation email.
6. A Benefits Counselor will call you at your scheduled appointment time.
