West Deptford Reassessment

Please do not schedule an inspection before an inspector has visited your property.

The Goal of this inspection is to ensure the accuracy of our records for reassessing all Real Property in West Deptford.  If an interior inspection does not occur the accuracy of your assessment cannot be guaranteed.
 
Select your Municipality then the Inspector's number that was on the appointment card left at your property.  Next, select the date and time you'd like to schedule the Interior Inspection of any structures on your property.

If you are not available for any of the appointment times, please select Join Waiting List on the banner above to enter your information.  Please note whether you would like an evening or Saturday appointment, and you will be contacted when the next available appointments can be scheduled.
 
Please note that the inspector may not arrive at the exact time of the scheduled time, as the appointments are scheduled in twenty minute increments which includes drive time between properties.

All property owners will be notified by mail of their proposed assessed values and will have an opportunity to question/contest the values.
