Scheduling Instructions 

  1. Select your time zone in the box below.
  2. Select an available date on the calendar and then click "book it" to select your appointment time.
  3. Enter the required fields (marked with an asterisk *)
    • To receive a reminder via text message to your phone an hour before your apointment, enter your cell phone number.
    • To receive a reminder via email, enter your email address.
  4. Click, "Finalize Appointment".
  5. At your appointment time, a Benefit Specialist will call you to discuss your benefit options, answer questions and enroll you in your benefits.
