To book an appointment:
- Select your preferred location.
- Please pay special attention to the location you select.
- Select the service that best matches your needs.
- Please pause to read helpful information under the selected service!
- Choose a date & time from the available options.
- Calendar dates in white with blue text are available.
- Calendar dates in gray are fully booked.
- If you have multiple transactions (i.e. two or more title transfers), or need multiple types of services (i.e. title transfer and drivers license), please book a separate appointment for each item.
Saturday Appointments are available at multiple locations for your convenience!
- Prescott & Prescott Valley: open every Saturday by appointment.
- Cottonwood: open the FIRST Saturday of the month by appointment or walk-in.
- Flagstaff: open the FIRST and THIRD Saturday of the month by appointment or walk-in.
Due to increased costs, there is an additional $5 charge for Saturday services.
Drivers License Road Tests are offered at multiple locations, too!
- Prescott: Wednesdays and Fridays
- Prescott Valley: Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Cottonwood: Tuesdays and Fridays
- Flagstaff: Wednesdays
- Williams: Fridays
Road Tests require an extended appointment time and specialized evaluator to ensure the best testing experience for you! Please select "Road Test" when booking your appointment.
