Welcome to the Kitsap County Facilitator Office's online appointment system, where you can schedule time for your appointment. 

The Courthouse Facilitators assist pro se litigants (persons who are NOT represented by attorneys) with Family Law and Title 11 Guardianship cases only.

In Person appointments: Please complete the forms to the best of your ability and bring them with you to the appointment. 

Zoom or telephone appointments:    Copies of your paperwork needs to be provided to the facilitator before the appointment.  You may email copies (address to be provided in appointment confirmation) or there is a drop box for copies located at the Courthouse, outside of the Clerk’s Office (Room 202) for your convenience.  Please send whole documents in PDF or Word.  Links or pictures will not be accepted.

All appointments are 40 minutes.

Note: Effective January 1, 2021 the Courthouse Facilitator appointment fee will increase to $40
