An email will be sent to you the day before your appointment with a link that will allow you to register in our patient portal. That is how you will receive your results. We will not be emailing them to you. 

If you registered for a same day appointment, it may be sent after you have visited the lab. If you do not see an email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder prior to reaching out to us. The best way to request a replacement link is via an email to support@usspecialtylabs.com.

When you are setting up your personal user name and password, remember the following:

  • You must enter the same personal information you used in the booking process. Please double check to make sure your birthdate is correct.
  • Your password must include an Upper Case letter, lower case letter and a symbol. Note: while there is an option to use a strong password, only do this if you MAKE SURE TO SAVE IT as you will be locked out of your account otherwise.
  • All patients must register with a unique user name, email and password, including family members. Only one patient will be accessible per user name.  If you are booking appointments for minors, please call and have our staff assist you with the transaction.
