After scheduling your appointment, you will be sent a confirmation email.

You will be sent a separate email from LabNexus prior to your appointment (or shortly after, if you booked a same day appointment) with an invitation link to set up a secure patient portal where you will be able to view and download your result when it is ready. If you do not see the email from LabNexus in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder before emailing support@usspecialtylabs.com for a replacement link.

When you are setting up your personal user name and password, please remember the following:

  • You must enter the same personal information you used in the booking process. Please double check to make sure your birthdate is correct.

  • Your password must include an Upper Case letter, lower case letter and a symbol. 
    • Note: while there is an option to use a strong password, only do this if you MAKE SURE TO SAVE IT as you will be locked out of your account otherwise. If you do forget your password or become locked out of your account, please email support@usspecialtylabs.com for a reset.

  • All patients must register with a unique user name, email and password, including family members. Only one patient will be accessible per user name.
    • If you are booking appointments for minors under the age of 16, please call 858-209-2300 to have our staff assist you with the transaction.

  • Once your user name and password are registered, you will be able to sign on at https://ussl.labnexus.net/ anytime to view your results. You will use the same user name and password for all of your tests with US Specialty Labs.

Please note, we have a cancellation policy of three hours prior to your appointment. You may contact us at 858-209-2300 to speak with a customer service representative or leave a voicemail to cancel. You may also email support@usspecialtylabs.com to cancel your appointment.

If you are booking an appointment for international travel, please be sure to enter your passport number into the corresponding field when entering your personal information. Your passport number is printed on the travel documentation, so it is important for us to have that information prior to your appointment.

US Specialty Labs does not accept or file patient health insurance. We are not in-network with any insurance companies at this time.

Though our lab is self-pay only, after you have your test, you may choose to file with your insurance company for direct reimbursement of the cost of your test.

As a courtesy, we will provide below some of the information your insurance company may request from you in order to process your reimbursement claim. You may combine this information with your payment receipt that will be emailed to you when you pay for your test. However, we cannot assist you with filing your claim, nor is this a guarantee of full or partial reimbursement.
