Welcome to the Demo Call Center enrollment scheduling system.  

Scheduling Instructions 

1. Click on the drop down below and select Call Center to access the scheduling calendar.  
2. Select an available date on the calendar and then click "book it" to select your appointment time.
3. Please note: Appointment times are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
4. Enter the required fields. 
   • To receive a reminder via text message to your phone an hour before your apointment, enter your cell phone number.
   • To receive a reminder via email, enter your email address.
5. Click, "Finalize Appointment".
6. At your appointment time, call our Call Center at 1-800-220-0044 to enroll in your benefits.
