For any time-sensitive or nursing-related matters, please contact the unit nurses' station directly.
If you received a letter regarding a Resident Care Conference (RCC):
- RCCs are for Long-Term Care residents only.
- The resident's Primary Responsible Party will be the point of contact.
- Please do NOT schedule a visit until you receive a letter with the specific date on it. If none of the times on that day work for you, please contact the nurses' station unit secretary to make other arrangements.
- You may schedule your conference up until 3 DAYS BEFORE the date stated in the letter. After this time, you will need to contact the unit secretary for assistance.
