If you live in Ankeny, please select "Fingerprinting - Ankeny Resident - $15.00" from the drop down menu to schedule your appointment. Your address will be verified at the time of your appointment.

If you live outside of Ankeny, please select "Fingerprinting - Non Resident - $20.00" from the drop down menu to schedule your appointment.

Please note:
- Payment will be required at the time of your appointment.
- Payments will not be excepted via telephone. 
- Payments can be made via debit/credit or cash at the front desk.
- There will be a 3.5% fee attached to debit/credit payments.
- Do not fill out your fingerprint cards.



There will be no fingerprinting appointments offered on the following dates:
