Welcome to the Pennsylvania School Districts' Benefits Enrollment Scheduling System.  

Scheduling Instructions 

  1. Click the drop down arrow under Select Benefits Enrollment
    • Select the appropriate option 
  2. Select an available date on the calendar and then click "book it" to select your appointment time.
  3. Enter the required fields. 
  4. Enter optional fields-  
    • Cell Phone: A text message appointment reminder will be sent to your cell phone an hour before your appointment.
  5. Click, "Finalize Appointment".
  6. A Benefits Counselor will call you at your scheduled appointment time.
    • Optional: If you are at a computer during your enrollment call, you will have the option to Co-Browse. This option allows the benefit counselor to share their screen with you during your enrollment. You will not need to download the app if you are joining from a desktop or laptop.  However, downloading the app is required if you are using an iPhone, Android phone or a tablet.
    • IMPORTANT! If you will be covering dependents, you will need to provide their full legal names, dates of birth and social security numbers during your enrollment call.
