                     Living Room & Dining Area: Vacuum and mop floors. Dust, wipe and scrub all surfaces.

 

                     Bedrooms: Vacuum and mop floors. Dust, wipe and scrub all surfaces. 

 

                     Bathrooms: Scrub & disinfect toilet & bath. Clean the sink, vanity, and floor. 

 

                     Kitchen: Clean the sink, counters, and floor. Wipe and scrub stovetop & inside microwaves.

 

                                                                                    DEEP CLEANING:    
                                                                                 

                                              Living Areas, Bedrooms, Office, Stairways, and Hallway:

•Dust shelves

•Vacuum and edge carpets

•Clean all mirrors

•Dust ceiling fans and blades

•Dust window sills (middle and bottom)

•Clean the inside glass of the 2 main exterior doors of the home

•Cobweb patrol

•Clean blinds

•Hand wipe baseboards

•Clean all vents

•Trash removal (to a dumpster at location)

                                                        Kitchen and Laundry Room:

•Clean and polish outside cabinets 

•Clean counter-tops

•Clean and polish sink, faucet, and drain

•Sweep with vacuum and mop floors

•Trash removal (to a dumpster at location)

•Cobweb patrol

•Clean blinds

•Hand wipe baseboards

•Clean all vents

                                                                 Bathrooms:

•Clean counter-tops

•Clean tub/shower stall

•Clean and disinfect Commode inside and out

•Clean and polish sink, faucet, and drain

•Clean all mirrors

•Clean outside of all cabinets and drawers

•Dust and clean toilet paper holder/towel racks

•Sweep with vacuum and mop floors

•Trash removal (to a dumpster at location)

•Clean blinds

•Hand wipe baseboards

•Clean all vents

• Move In/Out all the extras are included in the service.
  

Please keep in mind that if you cancel 24 hours before the time of the appointment you will be charged a $50 cancelation fee out of the total amount you paid up front.
