Welcome to Brandywine Counseling online appointment system for DSARP Screenings.

All appointments scheduled will receive a confirmation email. The email will have the main location address on it. This does not mean your appointment is in person. If you chose "telehealth" it will be telehealth.

*Please note you must have a copy of your ticket...Please do not schedule the appointment until you have all the necessary paperwork filled out which can be found at https://www.brandywinecounseling.com/derp/

All documents can be uploaded after making payment in Appointment Plus.
Please note that the screening can take up to 60 minutes. We will be doing the screening via Telehealth and using Zoom. Your screener will be sending out an invite 24 hours prior to your appointment to your email on file. If this option is not convenient for you may come to any of the following locations for your appointment which would include Wilmington, Dover, Georgetown, De.
On-site teleconference screening hours:
- Wilmington (Monday- Thursday 8am-7pm; Friday 8am-2pm) 2713 Lancaster Ave Wilmington, DE 19805
- Dover (Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7am-2pm; Tuesday/Thursday 7am- 5pm) 698 Bay Road, Dover, DE 19901
- Georgetown (Monday- Thursday 7am -7pm & Friday 7am-2pm) 10 N Railroad Ave, Georgetown, DE 19947
- Payment must be made in full at the time the screening appointment is scheduled
  - In-state residents MUST select DSARP Evaluation $150.00.
  - Non- Delaware residents MUST select DSARP Out of State Evaluation and Referral $300.00, to complete treatment in their home state.
  - All payments are non-refundable.
Missed appointment
- There is a $50.00 rescheduling fee
- To reschedule you MUST select Reschedule Evaulation in drop down box.
Telehealth appointments
- Are conducted via Zoom
- All email links will be sent to you from your assigned screener, prior to your appointment. Please check your junk/spam folders.
- The email links will not come from derp@brandywinecounseling.org or lmason@brandywinecounseling.org
Incomplete evaluations
- If you (client) end the evaluation prior to completion you will be charged a reschedule fee ($50.00) and a non compliance fee ($50.00)
