Welcome to our Online Appointment System!

We are currently taking graduation photo appointments for the following schools:

1) University of Winnipeg - Professional, Applied and Continuing Education Graduates: 
Photo Date: Friday, September 30th
Session Fee: $20.00 (payable by cheque, cash, debit or credit)
Location of Photos: Lifetouch Photo Studio located at Unit # 3 - 1410 Mountain Avenue
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.

2) Robertson College Graduates: 
Photo Date: Friday, October 21 and Monday, October 31
Session Fee: $25.00 (payable by cheque, cash, debit or credit)
Location of Photos: Robertson College - Room # 101
Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment.


Appointments will be available at a later time for the following schools. 

* University of Manitoba
* University of Winnipeg
* Red River College
* Universite de St. Boniface

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

o  Please arrive at least 5 minutes early. 
o  Masks are mandatory and can only be taken off when being photographed.

o  Please ensure you are practicing safe social distancing at all times.
o  Only the individual Graduate will be allowed at the appointment; no friends or family members will be permitted.
o  You will receive multiple poses (some with grad cap and some without - casuals are optional - if you have a special request, discuss with your photographer at the time of your scheduled photo session). 

o  Photographers will not provide white dress shirts or black ties for graduates to use. You are welcome to wear your own dress shirt and tie (of any colour as it is your preference). Please ensure your tie is pre-tied before your appointment or use a clip-on tie. 
o  Graduates who prefer not to wear a dress shirt with or without a tie, we suggest wearing a v-neck or scoop neck shirt. Please come prepared to your session already dressed in this attire.
o  Make sure to keep your receipt because if you need to call Customer Service, they will ask for your Session ID # (located on your session receipt). If you are not offered a receipt, ask your photographer to print you one.

A Word about Your Proofs:

Two to three weeks after your photo session, you will receive a set of proofs by Canada Post and an email with a link so you can view your graduation proofs online. Keep in mind that your proofs are not retouched, but your finished portrait order will include only basic retouching at no charge to eliminate blemishes & soften lines. Premium retouching is available at an additional cost - contact Customer Service for retouching details and pricing.

   o  Placing an order for a Prestige Grad photo package
   o  Help with the online ordering website
   o  Missing proofs (via Canada Post delivery or email)
   o  Online access code to view your proofs (if you have not recieved your proofs)
   o  Confirm or update your mailing address and email that is on file
   o  Questions about retouching options
