Welcome to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department online appointment system. To schedule an appointment at our Austin office, select the appropriate transaction type from the Select Service drop down menu located to the left.
If you are in our office and do not have an appointment, select Join Waiting List from the options in the gray bar above. For reference: 1 transaction for 1 boat = 1 asset 1 transaction for 1 outboard motor = 1 asset If you need to request transactions for more than four (4) assets, call our office to make scheduling arrangements at 512-389-4828 or 1-800-262-8755 (press "0" at the automated menu to speak with an agent). If the transaction type you need is not listed in the Select Service drop down menu, call our office at 512-389-4828 or 1-800-262-8755 (press "0" to speak with an agent). Dealers and their "runners" are not eligible to book appointments online. These entities are eligible for limited walk-in services (up to four transactions) via our waiting list (customers with appointments will receive priority, and all other customers will be served on a first-come-first-serve basis), may mail or drop off transactions for service, or may call our office to inquire about limited booking opportunities. |
