The 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month from 9 AM - 6 PM (no weekends)

Scheduling Instructions:

1. Select an available date on the calendar and select your preferred appointment time

2. Input a personal email address and cell phone number where you will be available to receive a call

3. You will receive an email & text as a reminder of your appointment time to add to your calendar

*As a reminder, you will need all Social Security numbers for any dependents you add to your benefits.
