If you are a new client, please ensure you give us your full details (including your full name, email, phone contact, and issues for counselling) in order for us to be able to accept your booking. You will receive a computer generated confirmation email if your booking is successful. There is no need to email us for a separate confirmation.

 

Returning clients please login using your email (and click on "reset password" if you forgot your password).

 

Please note that generally our therapists require at least 4 hours' notice for an appointment.  Booking with less than 4 hours' notice is subjected to individual therapist's availability. For request of appointment with less than 4 hours' notice, please email our office ONLY IF it's indicated as "available" on the booking system to see if the therapist is able to make this last minute accommodation.  We may not be able to respond to the email request if we are not able to get in touch with our therapist in time. In such situation, please assume that the request is not possible.

Please do NOT make requests for the below therapists:

For sessions with Paula, Natasha, Kim, & Anne, please note that there needs to be 24 hours' notice for their booking, without exception.

Note on Therapist's Level:
Therapist I - less than 4 years clinical experience
Therapist II - 4-10 years clinical experience
Therapist III - more than 10 years clinical experience

Note on Payment:
We accept PayNow/PayLah (T06LL1192A), Bank Transfer (DBS 065-902443-2), or cash as payment. Credit card payment will incur 5% admin charge. Please click on "I want to pay by Credit Card" option and a paypal link will be sent to you. Please make payment at least 24 hours before your session otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.
