Scheduling Instructions: 1. Select the onsite location under Appointment Locator. 2. Click on the available date calendar, then click "Book it" next to the desired time. 3. Enter the required fields (marked with an asterick) **To receive a text message reminder on your phone, enter your cell phone number.** 4. Click "Finalize Appointment". 5. An appointment confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please meet the onsite Benefit Counselor on your scheduled date and time to review and elect your voluntary benefits. |
