Before scheduling a salvage appointment please make sure your browser is updated with Chrome 84.0.4147.135 or newer. If not updated you will have an issue scheduling an appointment. We open appointments 5 to 7 days per week at random times, always within 3 weeks of the current date. We are never scheduled beyond 3 weeks regardless of what you see on the two calendars. If you don't see an available appointment there are none at the moment. We encourage customers to check often.

DEALERS: Effective 10/01/2023 the 5 appointment per location policy will apply to the dealer not the presenter. The dealer who owns the vehicle, as listed on the title, will be responsible to track the appointments. They must ensure that no more than a maximum of 5 vehicles are scheduled per dealer, per location, per day. ANY APPOINTMENT OVER 5 WILL BE CANCELED WITHOUT NOTICE OR REFUND.

* We will inspect only the vehicle scheduled, no substitutions
