Please allow 48 hours (2 business days) for any cancellations or a fee of $45 per lady will apply - no exceptions.

If you need more than 4 add-ons please either include them in the special instructions section or please give us a call. The add ons will likely increase the cost.

Online bookings made for the next day after we already closed are not guaranteed.    If there is any issue with us being able to fulfill your appointment we will give you a call once we reopen.

New customers need to verify the appointment over the phone.  If you book a cleaning without checking with the office first and you are the first time client we will attempt to contact you to confirm the booking.  It is critical to provide a good phone number because if we can't reach you the appointment will be cancelled.

As much as we do our best with the estimates the actual cost might vary depending on the state and size of your apartment.  For instance, there might be a residence with 2.5 bathrooms that we might charge additional $50 if the state and the unusual square footage requires so.

Payments for weekly and biweekly clients are required upon completion.  Late payment fee of $5 is added if payment is not received on the day of service plus $5 fee for every reminder sent every few days.  New clients and not regular clients are required to make the payment upon booking.
