If you require more than five add-ons for your service, please include them in the special instructions section or feel free to give us a call for assistance. Please note that our move in/out package already includes all the add-ons, with the exception of windows cleaning and large patio cleaning. Keep in mind that adding extra services will result in an increase in the overall cost.
Online bookings made for the next day after we have already closed are not guaranteed. If there is any issue with us being able to fulfill your appointment, we will give you a call once we reopen.
New clients are not required to verify their appointments via phone, provided that the appropriate payment has been made. We kindly ask that you exercise prudence when placing your orders, as while we pride ourselves on being an exceptional cleaning service, we are not restoration technicians. In the event that we are unable to clean your unit due to circumstances beyond our control, a cancellation fee of $45 per cleaning professional will be applied. We encourage first-time clients to consult with our office prior to booking a service, as there may be essential information that we need to communicate. Furthermore, it is imperative that you provide a reliable phone number. If we are unable to reach you, your appointment will regrettably be cancelled.
While we strive to provide the most accurate estimates, please keep in mind that the actual cost may vary based on the condition and size of your apartment. For instance, an additional charge of $50 may apply if the state of the apartment and its unique square footage necessitate it.
Payments for weekly and biweekly clients are required upon completion. Please note that late payment fee of $5 will be applied if payment is not received on the day of service plus $5 fee will be incurred for every reminder sent every few days.
