Our office is located at 2 Buck Road, Building 1, Suite #2 (A&B) in Hanover, NH (USA).

Buck Road is off Route 120, South of Hanover and North of Lebanon, across from the Hanover Public Works Facility.  Two Buck Road is the first left and Building 1 is the first building you come to.  Suites A&B are on the ground level.  Follow the walkway to the patio area and enter our office through the first door you come to marked "B."

Cancellation Policy
We require a 12-Hour Notice for appointment cancellations. If you cancel your appointment with less than a 12-Hour Notice, you will be charged 50% of the service(s) you were scheduled for. This does not apply to those services scheduled same day as it would be impossible to provide the required 12-Hour Notice. If you have to cancel due to an illness or an emergency, please call ASAP to let us know.

No Show Policy
If you do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) you were scheduled for.
