To schedule your session, please follow these steps: 

Step 1 - Select In-Studio (map) or Outdoor (map) (Note: when scheduling both, schedule on separate days)

Step 2 - Select your Session

Step 3 - Select your Date. Open dates on calendar are indicated by blue date links

Step 4 - Select your time

Step 5 - Complete the Registration Form

Step 6 - Confirm your Appointment

To reschedule or cancel an existing appointment, please use one of the below options:
