Welcome and thank you for setting up your own appointment for the City of La Crosse Water Meter and Cross Connection Safety Program site visit to your residence. This is a required program that is free to Utility customers. Here you can set up the specific date and time for your inspection by clicking on the "Select Staff Member" field to the left, and pick "Hydro Inspector" to see available appointment times. Dates with available times will be white and those without appointment times will be grey. The entire visit to your residence typically takes less than 20 minutes of your time.

 

 

IMPORTANT: DATES THAT AN INSPECTOR IS SCHEDULED TO BE IN LA CROSSE FOR THIS PROGRAM MIGHT BE LIMITED. UNFORTUNATELY, THAT MEANS THERE IS NOT ALWAYS A GREAT DEAL OF FLEXIBILITY IN SCHEDULING.  THE SOONER YOU CALL UPON RECEIVING YOUR FIRST NOTICE, THE MORE OPTIONS THERE MAY BE. IF THERE IS NOT A DATE AND/OR TIME AVAILABLE THAT WORKS FOR YOUR SCHEDULE; YOU MAY WANT TO CONSIDER HAVING A FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER OR NEIGHBOR, OVER THE AGE OF 18, MEET US INSTEAD. FOR FURTHER INFORMATION, CONTACT YOUR LOCAL UTILITY OFFICE.
